Breath · Body · Mind

The breath is where it starts.

Overwhelmed, empty, stuck? Breathe, feel the body, loosen stuck patterns.

This is how it started for me.

School, university, job, at some point a house and a family. That is the plan, and for a long time I did not ask whether it was my path. Six years ago I started asking. That was the beginning.

Through yoga I came to breathing and noticed how much depends on whether my body is tense or calm. The head is full, the tasks never get fewer, and your own life somehow runs on the side.

The breath brings me back. Into the body, into my life. And that can be learned. Come by, I will show you.

Starting in a moment.

How I work

  • Breath

Breathing on purpose, not just on the side. Calm, balancing exercises that reduce stress.

  • Body

Tension sits in the body long before the head notices. So that is where we start: feel, loosen, arrive.

  • Mind

When the body is calm, the head gets clear. Then we look at which patterns hold you, without judging them.
